Eazy Book It is operated by Bahrain Fun Tours W.L.L., Kingdom of Bahrain (together, “Eazy Book It”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy applies when you visit eazybookit.com, create an account, make or manage a booking, apply to or act as a Provider, contact us, or otherwise use our websites, applications, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who We Are

Eazy Book It is an online travel and booking platform that helps customers discover, compare and book tours, activities, holiday packages, hotels and resorts, cruise excursions, sea trips, attractions and tickets, transportation, food experiences, spa and wellness services, and other travel and leisure services.

Some services are supplied by independent operators, hotels, transportation providers, attractions, activity providers and other service providers (“Providers”). Depending on the service and circumstances, Eazy Book It and a Provider may each process personal information needed to arrange, manage and deliver your booking.

We collect information you provide to us, information generated when you use our Services, and information we lawfully receive from Providers, payment partners and other third parties.

• Travel dates, preferences, accommodation, pickup/drop-off, flight or cruise details where required for the service;

• Communications with Eazy Book It or Providers, reviews, ratings, feedback and survey responses;
• Information submitted when applying to become or acting as a Provider; and
• Information reasonably required to handle complaints, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud or security incidents.

Please avoid providing sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for your requested service. Where sensitive information is required, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Payment information

Payments may be processed through authorized banks and payment service providers. Depending on the payment method, relevant information may include billing details, transaction references, payment status and fraud-prevention information. Where card information is entered directly into a bank or payment provider's secure environment, Eazy Book It may receive payment confirmation and limited transaction details without receiving or storing your complete card number.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, approximate location derived from IP address, pages and products viewed, searches, referring/exit pages, booking activity, access times, cookies and similar technologies, and website performance information.

4. How We Use Personal Information

5. Information About Other Travellers

If you book for another traveller, you may provide information about that person. Please make sure you are authorized to provide it and that the traveller understands that their information may be used to arrange and fulfil the booking. You are responsible for providing accurate information about travellers included in your booking.

6. Sharing Information with Providers

To fulfil a booking, we may share only the information reasonably necessary with the relevant Provider, such as your name, contact details, booking reference, traveller numbers, date/time, pickup or accommodation details, special requests and other operational information needed to provide the booked service.

Independent Providers may have their own legal privacy obligations and privacy notices. Providers should use information received through Eazy Book It only for legitimate purposes connected with administering or delivering the relevant service, unless another lawful basis applies.

7. Other Parties We May Share Information With

Where reasonably necessary, we may share information with trusted service partners including payment processors and gateways, banks and financial institutions, fraud/security providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, email/SMS/communications providers, customer-support and technology providers, analytics providers, professional advisers and insurers, and competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

Information may also be transferred as part of a genuine merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable legal safeguards. We do not sell your personal information simply in exchange for monetary payment.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

11. International Transfers

Travel is international by nature. A Provider or technology partner needed for your booking may be located outside Bahrain or outside your country of residence. Personal information may therefore be transferred, accessed, processed or stored in another country where necessary to provide the Services.

When international transfers are subject to legal restrictions, we take the measures required by applicable data-protection law. Different countries may provide different levels of privacy protection.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse or destruction. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups and restrictions on access to personal information.

Eazy Book It is intended to be used for bookings by adults who can enter into legally binding transactions. Children may participate in travel services booked by a parent, guardian or other authorized adult, and limited information about a child may be processed where reasonably necessary to arrange or deliver that service.

We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or independently submit personal information where they are not legally permitted to do so.

To protect our customers, Providers and Platform, we may use information such as IP address, account and transaction history, device information, payment-related information and booking patterns to identify suspected fraud, spam, automated attacks, unauthorized access, payment or chargeback abuse, fake accounts, suspicious bookings and other misuse.

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may restrict, suspend or block accounts, email addresses, devices or IP addresses associated with suspected malicious or unauthorized activity. We aim to apply these measures proportionately and for legitimate security purposes.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Services may link to Providers, banks, payment services, maps, social networks and other third-party websites or applications. Independent third parties control their own privacy practices. When you use a third-party service, its privacy policy may apply, and we encourage you to review it.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices or legal requirements. We will publish the current version on Eazy Book It and update the “Last Updated” date. Where Bahrain's data-protection legislation applies, we process personal information in accordance with Law No. (30) of 2018 with Respect to Personal Data Protection, applicable implementing decisions, and other applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
